At night time, I was locked out of the establishment and not allowed to order for no given reason. My sister who went in ahead of me received poor to appalling service. She waited 25 minutes for a simple order of dunked pops and a cooldrink. The staff was slow to respond customers and held conversations among each other all while ignoring paying customers. The bathrooms were disgusting to say the least.

I did not see the rubbish bin, so I left the used carry bag on the table I hate doing that but there was no option . The food was nice and the staff were friendly.

To be honest, their food is served hot and fresh. Cold treats are as they are supposed to be (cold). Their service is great and they are friendly. My problem with the place is that they allow beggars to disturb customers while eating.There are 3 different beggars coming by your table to ask for what you're having, you can never eat in peace, you have to keep answering the same question every 2 minutes.They shouldn't allow beggars in the restaurant, people will decide whether they want to give or not.

There are a small business next door that's open during load shedding, but KFC that's much bigger and financially stronger can't provide service. Numerous times I want to buy just a coffee but they can't but at the smaller business I can.
