Absolutely appalling level of service - or lack off!!!! It is highly frustrating when you go into a store to purchase and item, then being told it is out of stock and we should make payment and delivery can be expected in 2 weeks. Promised by staff who assisted in this sale to call me and keep me updated on delivery. To date I have not received a single call. It has now been 2 weeks and no one has attempted to contact me.Yesterday I made my way to the store again. I had spoken to Helen, the Manager - who speaks so calmly to easy out the situation, making false promises of contacting me today to give me feedback. Still nothing! I have paid for my item in full, including delievery and House & Home don't even have the curtesy of keeping me informed. This is unacceptable!!!! I will NEVER purchase from your store again and will not ever suggest you as an option to people I know. I want FEEDBACK OR I EXPECT A FULL REFUND!!!!

DONT waste your time purchasing from house and home in Fourways. I bought a fridge for R8999 in February 2023 only to find out that the fridge doesn't get cold. I left it out a few days thinking it was the loadshedding and eventually called the store to settle the issue, they kept saying they will fix it, i took a day off at work on Monday went to the store to try sort it out, the only thing they did is take a copy of my slip, technicians came on Friday and they confirmed that the door was broken, im still within the 21 day repair period and it seems they are deliberately delaying so they are not held responsible. This store is an expensive joke

I am beyond upset with these people l ordered a washing machine they had advertise online only to be told that they’re out of stock so l have to wait for 7 weeks for me to get the machine and when l asked for a refund l was told it would take 14 working days to process. It’s already been 2 weeks since l placed the order!!

Worst Service. Willing to take your money but wont let you know when or where your order is. Honestly why even have a online store if you dont know how to run it.And comment telling me to call customer service because they dont care either.

Nice experience Alleit the lady manager or supervisor very friendly and humble. Very efficient in her doings not a lazy person. She was really chosen on merit seriously. My spelling for the name could be wrong but her name starts with A. Big up lady

No customer service between the online store and Fourways branch. It's been 3 weeks and after many phone calls I still don't know when i will be able to collect my purchase.I don't advise buying online.. Rather go in store !

I don't advise anyone to make a purchase at House & Home Fourways unless they are getting they items immediately. The staff and Manager don't have control of stock availability and take people's monies without having the stock. I purchased pool loungers and umbrella's on the 20th of November which also was advised was available for my delivery in Durban and after much follow up 12 days later, I am told there is no stock available for my order. This was after I had made 100 calls to the store since my purchase . The salesman Sello and the Manager Helen have no ethicate and don't know how to respond to customers timeously. Despite them knowing that I was having a function on the weekend, they waited until the day before my function to tell me this and keep passing the buck to each other. Don't pay for goods you don't see and are able to take away the same day. I have been greatly inconvenienced and very disappointed.

This is by far the worst service I have received from any manager at house and home after spending almost R50000.00 cash in one weekend.I spoke to Ellen Nkosi after purchasing and asked her if she could give me the R200. 00 pillows as a gift for buying so much from them and she refused and I asked her if I cancel the orders and go elsewhere if it will change anything and she told me it's my choice if I want to cancel the orders and go elsewhere so basically she doesn't even want to go an extra mile for a customer who's purchasing so much.He customer service skills is pathetic and she's not fit to be a manager for a store.Her assistant Bonny was so helpful from the beginning to the end. She's a asset to the company and not Ellen.I don't rommend people going to their store especially when their manager is so rude and not welcoming. I honestly wanted to cancel all my orders but because of Bonny and the way she assisted me I went ahead and purchased!!!

Thank you for great service from Mandla at House & Home in Fourways Mall. Customer service like this is so rare these days.
