Was there last week sales people as usual did not have stock so i orderd it last week they said Pretoria has only stock, it would take a vew days to deliver in Bosburg. I phoned today and nothing has been done about my order, bad service

Calls break, fine its cause of load shedding, promised to call back, in a century? Decided to go into their offices cauee I was in the area, no system, super slow, people just jump queues and do whatever they want, only 2 counters working out of many, no one interested in actually doing anything, evident by how many people just sitting there waiting for whatever. I simply left after wating and waiting for my turn and getting zero service, other than the frendly chat from reception. What a joke!
