Clicks Pharmacy Town Square

The gentleman working in the pharmacy is unhelpful and prolonges procedures unnecessarily. Took a while for a simple transaction. Use a different pharmacy if decent service is a required

I waited for 20 minutes in line. When I got yo the counter I was told that I had taken the wrong queue slip from the machine and had to go to the end of the line and draw another slip. Waited 40 minutes and had to leave to collect my daughter with no meds. The manager at the dispensary is useless, rude and lazy.

The ticket issuing machine has been sticky for two weeks already, yet the dispensing counter still calls customers by this system as if nothing is wrong... Very Frustrating!!!

I have always used this store as it is just around the corner. Overall i find the old man at the dispensary very helpful he always advices in terms of OTC meds. Last week i called the dispensary i wanted to find out if they have certain medication no one was there to pick up the phone , the excuse from the lady who picked up the phone was that all the pharmacist/ assistants were busy.

I live 3min away from this Click, but always drive past them to get to more competent pharmacies. This is the slowest pharmacy that I have ever experienced in my life. Uninformed and rude staff. I know more about some of the medicine that they do and I work in insurance.

I'm noting the stores overall rating is 2.3, which is still too much. I found the staff at the dispensary particularly rude and unhelpful. The lady was called out for being obstinate and arrogant and treated me like I'm being done a favour (buying OTC medicine). She rudely refused to apologise. The same store's staff told my Clicks as a group stopped vaccinations. I have since found out this is not true. @Clicks you fail on customer service. Your shop is worth nothing without the customers that you treat poorly. We have many choices. In short, I will never go back. We must support the independent owner operated Pharmacies as the large groups lack service.

I submitted my chronic script on the Clicks app and within an hour received a call from Irene at the dispensary. She was 100% on top of my needs as a client in arranging for my chronic medication and delivery thereof, calling me and keeping me up to date and informed at all times. The service I received from her and Yvette was nothing short of amazing.

Clicks Townsquare is terrible at answering calls, especially the Dispensary. Understandably you may be busy - but surely there is managment there that can answer questions and take the calls!?! Its very frustrating to have to come all the way to store, stand in the line for 40mins only to ask you if you recieved an email for a script.Please sort your customer service out as well as your mannerisms. Its speaks volums about your business.

I have been going to this store for years 10 plus , I find most the staff to be helpful, especially the dispensery staff. However over the past year morale has seemed to have dropped. Also the store is filthy. Had the displeasure of going to the pharmacy today. The protective plastic barriers are covered in spit stains etc. Dust on products on the shelves, old products just thrown on the shelves in the front, Tags laying to the side and boxes unpacked. I felt I needed to wash my hands after being in the store. Seems very don't care. Something has got to be done at this once lovely store, considering a new branch opened just up the road. To the owner/ manager please do something about your store, as we would love to keep coming back.

I agree with the previous reviews. The staff are rude and very unhelpful. No one even cracks a smile and they can be extremely rough with even pensioners and elderly. They do the bare minimum in the store. No visible Store management and no one answers the phone. You can witness this even when in the store, people just ignore the phone completely. The dispensary is always busy and be prepared for a LONG wait. The Dispensary staff are quite helpful though.
