BT Games Kolonnade

I stopped buying my games here mind you I'm a hard core gamer been loyal to this shop Pre orders after Pre order until one day I walked in and that girl you have there followed me even hard the nerve to treat me like i was a criminal I steal empty game cases well since then I buy digital copies and I have been happy since doesn't make sense to profile someone based on their skin tone. Before that they was this other guy man I actually looked forward to buying games because we has just freindly easy and awesome at game advise and other stuff he knew how to bring me back for more games lol and this other lady as well but now the staff you have there just terrible I would rather wait 4 hours for my game to download then go there.. not everyone is suspect.

Poor customer service. Items are priced incorrectly. No communication from employees to tell the customer that the price on the system is higher. They simply charge you.

Extremely rude middle aged male staff member, will not spend my money here again!He grabbed the game out of my hands, slammed it on the counter and had a terrible attitude.Can management please get on this ASAP? Just look how many bad reviews you already have as a result of rude and unhelpful staff.

Got great service here. Staff were helpful and friendly and the shop was neat and well stocked. Would definitely support these guys again next time I have a need of any gaming accessories.

Guy at counter was very rude. Wanted to buy 2 games but one was out of stock and refused to allow me to pre purchase and wait for delivery.Went to buy online

Bought a Xboz 1 S on the 10/12/2019 and the controller had difficulty connecting to the console. Went in to the shop to exchange the console and controller as the 14 day exchange applied after just to days. Sales persone contacted the supplier and was told not to exchange the unit.The warranty policy was on the countertop but still they did not want to exchange. After alot of arguing they eventually did. Realy not pleased with the service.

I got head phone's for my birth day (from my parents), they where great sound quality was amazing but the mic was broken. So i went in to replace it but they told me that they would have to send it in for repair, even tho i returned it with in the ten day period. It has now almost been a week i havent heard a word.... Over all i still enjoy bt games and would recomend it , it whould just be better if they can update me on where my head phone's are and whats happening.

Great service from BT Games, called them to ask for stock on a headset and there was only one left. He confirmed he will be holding it for me, it was on a special and he said he will try his best to keep it.I got my headset, im outstandingly happy thank you for the service!!

On Friday 07/11/2020 I have visited the store to buy an item which was on special on their website. When coming in I was told the item is only on special online and they did not have stock. This was fine and I went outside, tool my phone and ordered the item from their website. I noticed something was wrong with my account but went back inside to confirm with them that everything is fine. The staff was slightly rude and unhelpful. I then asked how long I would most likely have to wait before the item arrived, I was told to just wait until the end of the month. Really? End of the month? The other guy then said maybe they will deliver next week. Strange that the employees don't know how their own company works. The one employee then offered to call head office. I don't believe the call was every made and he told me I would just have to wait they will call me when it's there. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth as the item I bought on the website was rather expensive and one would expect exceptional service in assistance.
