Our first experience to assist Pregasen and family cook for today's offering at 5.30am. It was fantastic. The team prepared 4500 meals .......its seems impossible until it is done. They definitely require better facilities.

Just love this organization...they operate with the true sense of love...there are no words that can describe the compassion that they have.....they ensure that JUSTICE " gets served throughout the Western Cape every Saturday...for FREE.with that awesome Biryani...How can one not have respect for such an organization ...I trust that people/companies etc are assisting them with some finances or even veggies/spice that they use"

The staff were very friendly, empathetic and respectful. The service was impeccable and hats off to the team, who serve communities every week. Food For Life Cape Town is such an amazing NPO. Without a doubt, every single week 4500 plates of nutritious, hot, vegan meals are distributed to over 25 different communities in need! All of this is done through volunteer work and donations!If this isn’t the definition of a dedicated food relief scheme then I don’t know what is!
