I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to be a part of group coaching sessions presented by Dirk Swart. Dirk is very professional but also extremely personal when it comes to his coaching methods. He is very knowledgeable and skilled in what he does. Dirk’s sessions both in group and one-on-one have had a massive influence on how I understand myself as well as how to make decisions that will have a positive outcome on how I do life. Within groups, he makes a place for everyone to share their experiences and thoughts and builds on these examples to make principles as applicable as possible. His approach is heartfelt and truly comes out of a place to help each individual uniquely according to their personality. This has really helped me to plan my days wisely and to use them to the fullest while still making sure I prioritise rest. This especially played a vital role while I was both working part-time and doing my post-grad as well as when I transitioned into full-time work. I am a self motivated person and you're probably wondering why I got to Dirks life coaching sessions.Well think of it in this was imagine you're reading a self help book and you read all these things the author recommends you to do to make your life better and everytime you try and fail/win at doing these things you get a chance to speak and ask questions directly to the author because they'll know how difficult it is to accomplish something.Dirk has helped me with building good habits in my life one of them is having a calender that has simplified my life because i can never lose track of important things that needs to be done.
