Beautiful and neat place. Security complex with a high level of security. There is so much order in this place. The vegetation is also very good.

Guards are rude , to go to flamingo you have to pass through two security boom gates and a electric gate . How much security do you need inside an estate !

Great and safe estate. Clean and up kept houses and gardens. Remember to have your driver's license at hand when signing in. They scan your car and driver's license, including the 24hour access code provided by the estate owner you are visiting. This code allows you to exit yourself as well. Be careful as there are some speeding in some streets. They have a Friday market. Check out the latest listings or contact their estate agent representatives for more information. Take note: High traffic road as it's only a single carriageway and a through route to schools, shopping centers, hospitals and churches. There are many new units and estates being built. Hope they are going to upgrade the road as well?
