The workouts sessions I undertook were incredibly fun for me and one was always learning something new during the sessions. It is a complete workout.There was never a dull time because Erefaan is incredibly experienced in martial arts, kickboxing, etc. I strongly suggest giving it a shot.You'll feel at ease even if you're just starting off.
