She also quickly sorted my account queries and settings on my phone for better reception.Maybe just have one of your staff direct clients when they enter your store.

Thank you to Clayton and other Co workers at Cell C, Tygervalley. They resolved issues I struggled with for quite a while ( consultants before them). Calling Cell C, with a recorded transcript, I went back to the store after Head Office tried to offer me something different than the package their brochure offered. Issues resolved, after nearly 4 years. Excellent assistance. Thank you. They listened to the customer's needs, within the confines of their job description and advertising brochure. Satisfied customer!!

worse branch visited on all 4 occasions. Last two visits, I walked out without even being served. Employees are just to busy engaging with each other in a QUIET SHOP, not even busy. South Africans just do not get it. If there is no business there is no business to keep open = less staff needed = job losses. So many people are but only wishing to have a chance at employment. iT IS TRAGIC TO SEE THE POOR SERVICE AND EMPLOYMENT in general in South Africa. CELL c AT THIS BRANCH, ONE OF THOSE PLACES, WHICH AMPLIFY IT .

Most incompetent staff member I have ever dealt with. I have always liked your branch regarding service but that clearly changedPlease educate staff on information on your deals in your own promotion leaflet.All I asked was to find out information regarding a Laptop in the leaflet as no specifications are listed.I asked the sales person to see if he could find out for me as there are various models of that specific laptop (processor ,storage space etc)He bluntly said no, I even went as far as asking him to phone customer care and he said they wont help.Well, after I left I went to call customer care myself ,explained my enquiry and was put through to technical support where a gentleman listed allllllllll the specs of the listed item.I am really disappointed in the lack of service as this situation could easily been dealt with. Dont thumb suck and rather find out if you dont have an answer than losing customer.

This store does not even deserve the 1 star. There is no manager on duty and therefore they can't assist me. So if the manager is sick or late then some queries can not be dealt with in store. Do you not train your staff to assist with queries if the manager is not on duty. Cell c Tygervalley you wasted my time and money today.

The staff at this branch really doesn't want to help you. Additionally, you wait in long lines due to only 2 people working on the floor at a time. Not even to mention the fact that one is unable to reach this store via telephone - they never pick up their phone. It feels to me like they want you to go to other cellphone companies so that they don't have to help you.

SIM swop was a breeze and the staff were helpful. They explained what's required over the phone and in-store pointed out the steps to be followed to do this smoothly.

This place is most definitely the worst Cell C store I've ever visited. The staff are indifferent, unhelpful and just plain dismissive. I needed to do a sim swop and there were no notices anywhere in the shop that says sorry we don't use Police Affidavits for sim swops, might have saved me 25 minutes of time wasted in a queue; only to be met with a very condescending consultant who couldn't care to explain herself. Instead she kept repeating herself like I'm some kind of obstinate delinquent, saying: we don't use that in this store

Avoid this store like the plague! I found out on my latest upgrade that my number/contract was never transferred over to my name, strangely only the banking details for the monthly debit order is mine. So after having spent 90 minutes in the store the last time, after 3 years they have still not fixed the problem. Incredibly useless!!

If there was an option for no star I would have chosen it. The consultants here are very rude, I went to buy data and the lady told me to first buy airtime and convert it to data. After purchasing airtime she told me that the data plan I wanted is no longer available and they won’t be able to refund me. She was very rude and tried to shift the blame instead of apologising.I am very disappointed ☹️
