What an honest and understanding team of people. I ordered furniture but noticed that it would not fit my room a little too late. I cancelled the order and the money was refunded into my bank account a day. On top of that I got a call from Ahmeds to see if they could do anything to accommodate the sizing. So so impressed. I will definitely shop with this company again!

Received the package in the end. Very well packed and all in good order. Thank you for management who escalated after writing a bad review. Customer Service could do more effort in reaching out to the customers. Do hope they never use Internet Express as a courier service in the future as they have no idea what they are doing. The Courier Guys are doing a way better job.

Purchased on line after explanations about use and functions of the machine (for sale at better price), very satisfactory pick up arrangements (our driver from Mozambique was late on a Saturday and they waited for him after hours) and post-sale service. Happy :-)

I had to follow up on my order to find out they have no stock even though their website clearly stated in stock. Requested a refund and they processed it pretty quickly.Maybe I will use them again in future , not sure if I feel like gambling on stock availability though. Happy with their post sales service.

Customer service is terrible. I placed an order & had to follow up on it only to discover that they had nomore stock of the item I ordered. I got offered another color or to wait for another approx 2 weeks for stock. Rozanna even went on to state that they have 1 gold table left but with scratches. I advised her that I’d take it on condition they’d offer me a discount. They gave me R50 off. I just took it. Got the delivery & silver legs were delivered. The lady then mentioned to organize the swop. Guy comes to collect & I gave him full table as I expected a swop on delivery due to time constraint- so I had to cancel the order. Next morning I get a call with insults & accusations of being dishonest.I mentioned to her that i nolonger wanted to partake in the conversation. She continued to WhatsApp to further insult me.
