I requested to buy a Volvo spare tire and rim which they said they had. I paid and picked it up. Afterwards I took it to Supaquick to inspect and they informed me it's a Mercedes rim that won't fit on my car. After proving to Cartease that they sold me a Mercedes rim and requesting a refund or replacement, the first told me they would get a replacement from Joburg. However today after 2 weeks of waiting I checked up and they are again refusing to acknowledge that they sold me a Mercedes rim.

They sold me a part that was not even the wrote part for my car. But wrote on the ecu box ford fiesta but it is for a fusion. It has cost me over 10000 rand to buy different parts trying g to find the problem why the car won't start. Just to find out I was sold the wrong ecu box. When phoning iam blocked on what's app. Have laid a complaint at the ombudsman will be taking this further
