SAPS Gordons Bay Police Station

The most amazing, friendly and helpful people work here. After many attempts at other police stations closer to my home in Heldervue, and finding a 'not my job, not my problem' attitude and weeks of waiting for appointments that were not honoured it was a breath of fresh airworking with the officers here! They went out of their way to assist, had such positive attitudes and were so kind. THANK YOU!

A big shout out to Sgt Damons who is a credit to your station. Numerous people have been commenting in the excellent customer service he delivers. Well done! Very best wishes to all at the station.

I have always had great service at this station, but I have to mention that today was a disappointment. We went to sign an affidavit but we had to wait for about 20mins because the two officers were helping someone already. We didn't quite get it why both were helping one client. Finally when when it was our turn we went in and greeted the two officers. The other one was busy with some paper work and the other just stood there minding his business. We enquired if somebody was going to help us and a certain Sergeant Nqakala said it looks like we did not know why we were there so he just ignored us. He needs a little bit of training on how to deal with the public

Have been waiting for over 5 months for them to just capture my competency application - and still nothing. Impossible to get hold of the DFO. Everyone is always on lunch, holiday, or sick leave and there is nobody else to do their work. Shudder to think these are the people meant to protect us.

Thay are organized thay know what's going for what they're doing fine work keep it up thank you gents
