For the ridiculous price you pay you would expect customer service.I bought items online and want to return it. First time they told me it was loadshedding and they cannot do anything. Understandable.Second time I went in and they told me I need my physical account card with me. I had the account card on my phone with my Samsung wallet. They could've scanned the barcode or entered the account number by hand. But they simply didn't want to and told me I needed to bring my physical card. On top of that, the manager preached to me and told me that I shouldn't buy online and should come to her first. I will not be told where and how I should shop.Third time I went in, I didn't have all of the printed slips for the items, but showed them the evidence from the app that I purchased the item. They simply refused to help me. Didn't give me any alternative or advice on how I could get these items returned. Just refused.Now I have to pay for courier to send the items back.So from now on I will go out of my way to NOT buy from them. Absolutely ridiculous prices and weak customer service. Would give a -5 if I could.
