Solar panels are just for show. They don't seem connected to anything and when load shedding affects the complex you get no relief. The realtors will tell you that the solar panels help relieve you from the electricity bill" but that statement holds no weight

My son moved in on 9 September 2022. The unit was flooding and raw sewerage were running infront of the kitchen. It is November and nothing has been done.He bought new furniture and it was damagedbecause the place flooded again.

Very nice and safe complex. But for the price range the apartments is very small. Also not one of the cleanest complexes with clothes and rubbish lying arround.

This place is a scam,they want me to pay for something that wasn't there.I'll totally discourage people from renting the place.They scam tenants.

The worst managed complex you need to do everything yourself and the solar panels is the biggest joke but the electricity price is unaffordable for anyone do to a maintenance fee of R550 a month and your meter just stop when it waits then you do not have power until you buy R700 power that is only 23 units. So i would not recommend this place to anyone that has a budget.

We went to go see one apartment and the door's was broken and you couldn't get in and some of the window's were also broken
