I used to love Pedros, but their Only Big Problem is customer service, their Customer service is very bad. For example, today, we were standing in a queue outside the shop for over an hour without any explanation: all we got when we asked questions was we will open now now and when customers started leaving that's when they attended to us, that was really bad customer Service.

Amazing food, amazing service. Great chill and relax area. PS I think if you are sitting outside in the far corner it should be a smoking area (of course, away from the children)

Poor client centric value. Double deducted order on our bank card and gives you run around when refund is to be made. Thabisile and Cedric are just useless supervisors with no real time problem resolution skills. Both made commitment which they could not honour.
