They say you should never trust a car salesman. Unfortunately I made that mistake by Trusting Nissan Knysna. Thus dealership has only it's best interest at heart. They sell vehicles that have been in accidents without disclosure. They over price vehicles and will con you on repairs or services. I'm very disappointed with this dealership. Never again. You have been warned.

Kudos to Knysna Nissan! Gary and his team did an awesome job on my X-Trail. My car broke down and I had it towed to Knysna Nissan. I’ve never dealt with them before. It was just that Knysna was our destination, and so had the car towed here. Everything went well from the beginning, being greeted and warmly accommodated by their bubbly service advisor, JC; to being shuttled to where we stayed at by their friendly driver, Alfonso; to putting my car back safely on the road through the transparency, expertise, and attention to detail of their service manager, Gary.
