The agent dealing with The Whisken does not get back to you at all, does not answer her phone, reply to email or anything just tells you its available and she'll phone back or tells you to email her and does not reply. Even when I phone the office they cannot help you.

So I went to to this property today. Been there a few times. There is a supplier in the complex which I deal with on a daily basis. Not reviewing the company but the property here. Front gate security is more than capable and efficient. Doing their job very well. Licence disc on the car and drivers licence gets scanned. The security personnel know me by now but still scan me each time as they are doing their job proper. Hats off to them. Parking in abundance. Just what one would expect from a wold class facility

I rented a property from them at Malakite, Greenstone. They deducted these charges from my rental deposit when I moved out - mould on bathroom ceilings when there are no extractor fans, stuck blinds when it was like that before I moved in, old damages, bubbles on walls and more. Be careful with them. Very unethical.

A disaster very poor workmanship.Not good value for money. Several delays in handover. I did not get what I saw in the show house.

I bought a unit in Paardevlei Square from Balwin in 2018 - when I sold it in 2022, the gas and elec certificate inspector informed me that the elec and wiring was not done according to industry standards. Don't buy from this developer, they apparently don't build according to standards.

COJ has sent refuse charges to all Whisken residents back dated for 3 years with interest charges in our rates account. Residents are paying refuse in their levies of about R550 pm. It seems that Balwin are not paying this tariffs to COJ and pocketing the money. We are now told to go personally to COJ to resolve our account. Where is the money we paying in our levies. Balwin must sort this out as it’s their responsibility and have all our monies hidden somewhere.

They will force you to replace the stove if it has rust on it. Especially if you are a good prosecutable tenant.They will neglect to fix the faults you reported when moving in, and then force you to pay for them when moving out.They will ignore your complaints, and then blame you for the stuff you complain about.Its a professional scam.

No one replies. No help at all. We have leaking taps. Maryland asked us to close the taps. I asked how do we carry on, she says it's not her problem. We pay an arm and a leg for rent but service is pathetic.
