Telkom White River Express
This has been my worst experience with telkom in my 8 years that I have had a contract with them. They advertise deals and ask you to upgrade on numerous times and when one does decide to upgrade they do NOT have stock this is since December 2022 and we are now in mid Jan 2023 and they still dont have stock. Telkom please wake and work on customer service.

The wifi is incredibly slow it is under 1 mbps when whe should have a 10 mbps because that is what we paid for

Absolutely 110% disappointed in telkom. My issue with signal at my home could not be resolved and some of my questions could not be answered. I issued this contract on the 18th Nov 2019 and now canceling it 4 days after.. I supposedly have up to 150mbps but I can't even send a message on WhatsApp of watch a video on youtube. Cleary there is something wrong but telkom White River can not seem to figure that out..
