The food is great. Efficient service. Just don't understand why in the evenings the always say they only have leg pieces remaining ?

When we walked into Nandos the music was quite loud. We were the only customers at that time. The staff immediately turned the music down which we appreciated. Our wraps was fresh and tasty.

I live remote and vegan options here are absolutely non existent, so when we are away I head to wherever I can find them and am like a child in a candy store. I got very excited when I heard that Nandos now have vegan options, we dont have a Nandos anywhere near to our little backwater mountain village, so on a recent visit to Scottburgh I went for fast foods, just so that I could try out their vegan options. Although the lady behind the counter was very sweet and helpful, the experience was disappointing, it turned out that they dont have most of the vegan options that are on the menu and I got the only thing that was, which was a wrap. Although the vegan chicken was tasty it was overcooked and dry and there were hard bits. I was disappointed.

I don't eat a lot of fast food but really enjoyed the original boujee bowl. Service was prompt. You said 8 minutes and it was ready in 8 minutes. Would have been a 5 because the food prep was great but front of house needs more training.

Good food available. It is Halaal as well. It has a very intimate, cozy setting and seating plan. I tried one of their 'Bougee Bowls' which was delicious and I recommend this if you're trying something new here. I was impressed with the decor which is always my favourite at any Nandos. Pleasant experience.

What a disappointment. No forks or knifes added to our take away. Had to improvise with a paper coffee cup as spoon.... Disgusting, disappointed and will not be back.Thank you for you reply but sorry the receipt was thrown away.Apart from the request from the owner to send an email, which we did, no chicken has cackled thereafter and we are still waiting....Well, still no response 12/01/2020. It's been weeks now. Is Nando's chicken"?Ok is almost March now. It seems like Nondos lights
