I have used In the zone Air conditioning on numerous occasion , I find this company to have top class service on the sale of goods and outstanding after sales service, Mike and his team are really professional and I would recommend them any time.

Great Service, quality work at the right price. However more importantly: did what they said, when they said and how they said it. Thanks Mike and team!

Shocking service from a company I thought was trustworthy.After contacting Mike from In The Zone Air-conditioning he was quick to come over and give me a quote.I accepted and the agreed time was 08:30 am on Monday for the installation. I waited and then had to call Mike to find out where he was or where his fitment guys were.Mike proceeded to tell me they should be there" and proceeded to tell me about his personal issues with his back which was very unprofessional. As a client I don't want to hear somebodies problems and excuses.The guys eventually arrived half an hour late and began work making the excuse that they don't know the area well... (What about a GPS?)I agreed with Mike to pay the final small balance in cash when the job was complete so I asked him If I could give it to his guys. He told me not to as he was in no rush for the money.The next day he calls me to complain again that he is out of action and his wife will call be during the course of the day to set up a time to meet and collect the money.I didn't here anything until 17:30 which is outside of business hours and my family time. I happened to be having dinner with my wife and she just said" I am in the area can I stop by". Err. No - I am busy.... call me during work hours....The next day I hear nothing until almost 18:00(again outside working hours) when Mike calls me and says he is in the area again. I told him I am not available and he should do business during working hours. He then proceeded to argue with me over the phone so I hung up.What is it with people that feel they are so entitled to be inconsiderate and put there clients in difficult positions.I am a client not your buddy! Be professional!I to am in the service industry and expect better service than this and being called after 5pm which is my family time for a business issue which is not related to my own business in not acceptable.If he had at least made a call during the day to set a time for collecting I could have made a plan to stall dinner to give him the balance.To save myself anymore frustration in dealing with him I EFT'd the balance.Sorry! No recommendations from me!"
