Today I was at Blue Route Mall Friday 3rd Dec 9.30am and thought it would be convenient to have my car washed polished inside and out and vacuumed inside. 1 hour and 30 mins later my car is done. The rim's are not cleaned properly and i still pick up junk in my car. For R320.00 this is appauling.

I had my ford fiesta done at Ryan's Car wash when i was pressed for time. They did a good job, staff was friendly and I would use them again. There weren't too many cars in the queue and when i came back early they took efforts to get mine done quicker. Appreciated that :)

I was able to easily book an appointment on the company chat function. The staff were super friendly. But best of all, my 24 year old Toyota turned heads on the street because the cleaners did such an awesome job!

Terrible company to do business with; aside from the bad service, the owner/s seem to think black South Africans should all “go back to the Eastern Cape” (!) - Twitter, 14 March 2023, post and account deleted after outcry. Rather support a different business if you are anti-racism.

We've recently begun using this business and have been really impressed with the professionalism in the way the service is conducted.You drop your car, remove valuables and get a time to pick it up again.Most of the time, they are on point and once or twice, sunglasses left in the car were still there on our return.Even a forgotten parking stub was returned.You can pay via cash or card, and they offer a wide variety of services.

Good service, always come there while I do my shopping. They were only later than they said they'd be done once as it was busy but most times they are very efficient and on time. They are also affordable.

I used this place a few times. On every occasion regardless of how busy the mall is . They want to say 2 hours for cleaning regardless of what is being done and even if there's maybe just 2 cars in que. Yes each car has different types of cleaning required but consider as a business having efficiency. And consider the person that wants to come to the mall for a mere half hour. Maybe your business needs to consider evolving with a ever changing efficient world. The staff seemed more than happy for me to say no that I'm not prepared to wait 2 hours for my car. Perhaps I should try the car wash opposite by pick n pay and just walk across to the mall

150 rand for a car wash, you'd expect better. The service was okay, nothing special and it took 1.5 hours to wash my car which was rather slow. The car wasn't spotless clean, but it was an average job, at a not so average price. I've been to car washes before that are cheaper and better, where if I pay 150 I can still have 1 driver seat vallet done and get some air freshener sprayed in the car.

I had a wonderful experience at ryans blue route. They were really great and my car looked brand new. Can really recommend the team there. So friendly and a great clean.
