Abhorrent experience with this company. Please carefully read the terms and conditions of the contract. They have a 6 month exit clause. I ended up paying an exorbitant amount for the rental of a VOIP phone when the device could of been purchased outright. The rental costed me almost R100 000 for the duration of the contract. The equipment is valued at around R6000

If I could give zero stars I would. We are locked into a contract with Oxbow and held ransom. We have been waiting weeks for our printer to be fixed. No one responds to us after calling, emailing, etc.

Stay away from this company, charging R 120 000 for R 25 000 of equipment. SKELMS! A computer, a till drawer and 1 cheap tablet. Also, they dont answer their phone!

I wish I could take away the 1-star rating. Oxbow does not deserve even 1 star. Their service is non existing. Please be so very careful when entering into a contract with them. They are not true to their word. So sorry our paths crossed.

I share the experience of other Oxbow clients - promises of fabulous service and reduced costs are a figment of their imagination. Sign a contract and you are hooked into appalling service and inferior, expensive equipment. We switched companies and equipment a year ago in desperation and have never regretted it. I cannot understand how Oxbow remains in business.

The customer service is always outstanding from Anton. We are so pleased with the service we received from him every time. He goes above and beyond to help us. I am always very impressed with the service I received from him.

Would not recommend Oxbow to my worst enemy. After deceiving us into a ridiculously escalated agreement, nothing worked. We are still paying this off many years later. DO NOT SIGN WITH OXBOW.Most of the 5 stars reviews above are from their own staff. This perfectly reflects the ethics of the business you will be dealing with.
