At times you need to remind the caregiver of what to do. During my sister's pregnancy, she notified the caregiver that she suffers from low blood, upon visiting the clinic ph levels were only taken once until she requested.However the service is good, effective and the clinic is ALWAYS clean

People shy away from public clinics for a number of reasons. One in particular being standing/waiting on queues for hours on end. Imagine having to pay and yet wait for a doctor to see you at a private hospital for 3 full hours? That's just blasphemous and totally unprofessional for a private care facility. I'm disappointed with their services

I arrived here earlier…I am going for a late shift…OMG the que was so slow…Mind you I’m in a work uniform.Expected fast things …Seemed like a public clinic today,disappointed.

I went there to avoid long ques but i could've just went to public clinic. The staff is very yes but it's super slow, I think they should get another nurse.

Went on the 28th September 2022 at 13:30, found people who had been there since 11am who had not been attended. Ended up leaving at 15:30 still not attended. Just went to the pharmacy for medication. Apparently systems were not working. Very disappointed.

I loved it here. Every Thursday morning starts with a prayer. You feel close to God and healing. The nurses are so so so much friends. They explain every bit of information to your great understanding. Keep up the great service Unjani Clinic Protea Glen

Great service! Don't try calling them, it's not answered. However, you'll get all your questions answered with a smile! My procedure hurt like a motherf***er but Nurse Zanele was so patient and walked me through everything. Everyone is super nice, from the security and receptionist. I highly recommend this clinic
