What a great place to be. Their manager is a superstar. If they get the meal wrong. He get you sorted asap. Their food always warm and fresh.

Second time the same cashier helps someone behind me before me and I'm the one who's standing at the front of the queue. Seems petty but its Highly frustrating.

Had to wait 20 minutes for a Zinger burger meal. Understandably it was busy however other customers orders had been order after mine and we're taking less time despite being more complex. There was no apology for the long wait either. The food was good, burger was very fresh just disappointed I had to wait so long for my meal.They still use paper straws which is awful to use especially with ice cream desserts like krushers. Would recommend using biodegradable straws for those drinks as it's a necessity.

Pathetic! Every time you use the drive through you get asked to park away from the store and wait for your order. Today they completely forgot about my order and I had to go into the store like a Karen. Why have a drive through???

I have been supporting this outlet since inception. My past 2 experiences wasnt too good though.. the chicken just didnt taste like normal KFC..I first thought I was imagining it, but then my daughter and husband had the same sentiment..(without knowing what the one or the other said) i will go back there though as i just love KFC!! Maybe this time it will taste like it should. If not i will escalate the matter.
