With our families unable to fly to WA from Victoria for our beautiful aunt Aimee's funeral, I called Joy d' Fleur who attended wholeheartedly to an order of 6 Arrangements to represent the families on the day. Celcila was amazing and compassionate. We were very happy with the display of flowers broadcast during the service

I highly recommend Joy d’ Fleur! Unfortunately due to border restrictions, I’m unable to return home and visit my incredibly ill mother. So I thought I would send her a floral arrangement. This is our local florist, and I wanted to support a local business (especially during these times of hardship). They fulfilled my every request, from colour scheme to flower types and even added her favourite chocolates as a special request. They didn't charge me any additional fees for my requests or delivery. Celce (I hope I have the correct name) was absolutely lovely. She demonstrated empathy for our circumstances and went over and beyond my expectations. She has exceptional customer service and satisfied my every request. Thankyou so much to this lovely business.
