I have just received the absolute worst service since I started taking my car to Audi Hatfield. Car been stuck with them for over two weeks and all I have been hearing is dishonesty from their technician who won't even bother calling, customer service just shambles and non existent.

The entire staff is friendly with you and they are very helpful too, they always keep you informed and updated on the service/repair of your vehicle and their service prices are reasonable. Will definitely be back again, that's for sure!
