Poor service and slow. Wrong address hopefully they won’t be back soon in our area. Six days from Durban to the south coast. No phone calls returned from Mark and Sandile.

Was an issue to hand in a package at the depot. Was told to go to the self service box at Engen garage, South Coast Mall for quicker service.

Friendly, helpfull and efficient staff. Very affordable rates.

DSV service is complete rubbish

It is 9:13am and was told to phone back in an hour because the reception is not there jet to transfer me to the correct department.This is not good for business at all. Especially if it is urgent

Terrible service. Thats all i can say, if i never have to deal with them again it would be too soon.

The worst service I have ever received from a courier service - and that is saying a lot as I have had courier services delivering my parcels to strangers- allowing them to sign on my behalf. Have been waiting 9 days for my parcel to be delivered from 20kms away. Every morning, when I phone - they have never phoned me first and have only phoned me back two or three times - they promise the parcel is en route for delivery. From coming outside of delivery hours, to just not arriving, to promising a special immediate route delivery and then discovering the parcel is in fact with a normal delivery driver who continues to yell at me his entire delivery route...I fear I may never end up getting my UNISA parcel... The delivery is already too late for the submission of my first assignment, which means I may suffer with my academic results - will the funds I lose from this be refunded by DSV?? I will never recommend this courier service and will be finding every avenue I can in order to rate and share my experience with their appalling service.

Been waiting 2 weeks for my parcel. No movement on theirsystem. Shocking.
