In 2007, we started planting WORK 4 A LIVING training centers where the unemployed could come and be fully equipped to join the workforce or start a business. We saw that without networks, family help, or a knowledge of how to pursue a job or career, many people simply did not know how to progress and thrive.But we don’t just believe in handing out jobs or funds to start businesses; we believe in true empowerment. To us, this means not only educating people with skills that are valuable, but equipping them with mindsets that empower them to own their circumstances, thrive in their daily work, and have hope for the future.

TSIBA is a Social Enterprise comprising of a Business School, Ignition Academy and Education Trust working together to return highly sought-after people and successful small business enterprises. Leading Training offers a large range of exciting short courses. Training in Information Technology, Web Design and Development (programming), Linux , MS Office/ Open Office, Management and Business Skills. Part-time and full time study available for selected courses. All our training courses are practical and immediately applicable to your work. Our facillitators are not just trainers, they have continuous hands on experience in their fields of expertise. We take pride in the individual attention that our facillitators provide.
