Clicks Pharmacy Polofields Crossing

Really slow and rotten service. The pharmacy assistant Judith Ledwaba has got to be the most useless helper that I have ever come across in any store. I'd rather go to Dischem

The new pharmacist does not respond to emails or returns calls when asked about delivery of chronic meds. Previous manager - Shanaaz was quite proactiveResponse rate very slow and left uneasy whether meds will be delivered or not - have to follow up on multiple occasions

Unbelievably slow service and long waiting time at pharmacy.

I usually use Polofields to dispense medication, but have never agreed or signed up to have my chronic medication prepared beforehand by the pharmacy. Each month, I go in and dispense and choose whether I want to pay cash or with medical aid. I went to dispense at another Clicks today and found out that they were not able to because Clicks Polofields dispensed already AND put a claim against my medical aid.I would really like to see proof where i collected and signed off on medication being dispensed on 13 april? Tried calling the branch and of course, no one answers at Clicks Polofields.Unethical behaviour and such a hassle to get this sorted out.

Always poor service. 8 counters in the pharmacy, always one or two slow pharmacists or assistants. Unhelpful and no stock of products all the time.

They say they are open at 8, even at the front door their operating hours says they open up at 8 but alas they open up at 9. Dis chem has my heart lol

The dispensary manager, Shanaaz Sheik, salvages the reputation of every Clicks that has given me awful service. I ran out of chronic meds for my son only to go to Clicks and learn that there’s a countrywide shortage. Shanaaz made a few calls in my presence and the very next day the meds were delivered. She genuinely cares about her customers and goes over and beyond to help. Clicks HO you should get Shanaaz to train the rest of your dispensary staff to be as caring and how to render fantastic customer service.

Best pharmacy experience with professional staff all managed by Shenaaz the pharmacy manager!!

Poor experience from Pharmacist on duty !! Waiting time is approximately 25 minutes. No system in place

Terrible service, Its the 26th of December 2021.i get into the shop and it's before closing time. The pharmacist who's on duty tells me that no she has locked up for the day. I won't ever shop there ever again. Mxm
