Absolutely top notch stuff! Protein is insanely tasty. I’m lactose intolerant and the isobridge is so great on my stomach! Doesn’t bloat me or give me bad reactions!

Best protein powder I have ever come across. Mixes well, tastes amazing and is easy on the tummy if you are lactose intolerant. Only down side is they are out of stock too often so difficult to get when needed

The gym is clean, aesthetic, and well kitted considering the floor space. The day rate is great for bringing training partners or for people travelling to Sandton too.
