Sunday Buffet was so impressive.As someone who is a picky eater and hard to please, we were pleasantly surprised.Have been to many wedding venues, very few have food of this qaulity and variety.Highly recommended.

Terrible experience , RASIST ,wasteful expensive for nothing,Racist , the service was totally uncomfortable and they treated us like monkeysThat’s the worst place to ever go back to as a black person . The were two white ladies they gave us hell . Like we were their dogs using their outside space of the lodgePlease if you’re black and you don’t want your day or rather special event ruined to the core I suggest you kindly check for other places I’m not saying this because I don’t want blacks to support or fight but to avoid being treated like there’s still apartheid

So although their food is great, DO NOT use them for a wedding venue. After we recieved the initial quote for our wedding, we paid our deposit, only to find out that when we had to paid the full amount that she made a mistake". This "mistake" the owner made

We as a family do enjoy attending the Sunday buffets and we are always astounded with the selection of food from starters through to desert. The attention to details, flavors and atmosphere keeps us coming back for more. I would highly recommend Gabbata to all who would like value for their money and a little break from city life.

Spectacular little, quick getaway spot. Nice and close to home, yet feels like the middle of nowhere. Crazy how close nature is to us without realising it.

We went for a Sunday A la Carte option. From the table of 5. No one could finish their food...it was that bad.To put it lightly. The bill came to R1500 and when I tried to bring the lack of quality to management's attention, my complaint was diminished.I was genuinely disappointed.
