Although I don't shop at PEP, I collected a parcel which was delivered via PEP to PEP service. I had to stand in a long queue behind other shoppers with armloads of clothes. Queues were obstructing shoppers who kept bumping up against those in queues. Frustrating - I couldn't wait to leave.

The shop is very small and it doesn't have a huge selection of teenagers clothing 12-15yrs - hardly anything.Good variety shoes for kids, men and women.Queue's move quickly
