De Uijlenes: Weddings, Accommodation & Restaurant

We got married here on 12/05/2018. It was the perfect venue for us, who likes more rustic and humble places and events. The staff are wonderful and made sure everything went perfect. It is an ideal wedding venue for people who likes a safe space to have a weekend event with family and close friends.

After having had the most incredible wedding hosted at De Uijlenes, we recently returned to stay at their new cottage accommodation the Little Barn. Stunning, stunning, STUNNING!Super peaceful and relaxing, they have thought of everything and enjoyed all the attention to small details like block out blinds, fresh apples, coffee tea and milk, even shower gels and shampoo available, fluffy robes and slippers.We could enjoy the view of the farm and relax in the wood fire hot tub, I can really reckoned this accommodations for an amazing getaway!

Magical venue. The wedding we attended was supposed to have taken place in the forest. Would have been wonderful but heavy rain put paid to that idea. Please study weather report closely when planning. Luckily alternate venue saved the day. Food was good. But wedding under the trees would have been so special.

A truly memorable experience for our wedding, providing a rustic and relaxed feel for our big day. The staff were supportive and helpful, the food was delicious and the bar and rooms were well stocked. A big plus for us were the generators, which came in handy when the power went off. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a stress free wedding!

Wonderful luxury self catering accommodation leaving you wanting for nothingThe hosts careful attention to detail provided us with everything we needed for a relaxing breakaway. From slippers to fragrant hand soap, mirror lights to Miskito repellent, loads of fire wood and effective firelighters.The wood fired hot tub was amazing and a great place to watch the full moon rise, closer than we have seen before.It is easy to understand why “The Little Barn” at De Uijlenes is a popular bridesmaid’s choice of accommodation all she needs to bring is a groom.This luxury accommodation also has great coffee.

My husband and I had the absolute best experience getting married at De Uiljenes in March. The staff go out of their way to make sure that you have the best experience. We loved every moment. The venue is beautiful, the scenery is idyllic, the food delicious, and the honeymoon suite is the most stunning architecture that is perfectly set up for a bride to get ready. We will definitely be visiting the honeymoon suite again for a night away.I cannot recommend them more!!

We came to this lovely venue for a family wedding. We had the most wonderful weekend here. The accommodation was sufficient, we had hot water and there was WiFi we could use. It’s a bit far from everything (travel wise), however the wedding venue was stunning and the food was great. I don’t think I would’ve ever stayed here if it wasn’t the venue for the wedding. However there is so much accommodation on the property, it’s great for large parties or weddings.

I had the privilege of attending one of my close friends wedding here. It is a tranquil environment, beautiful nature. There are amazing small cottage type rooms that are so cozy and comfortable. Also have great showers. Great venue for a variety of events, weddings seemingly the most popular. Highly recommend visiting

The most gorgeous venue to start your married life. We got married here in April (after two postponements) and Danelle and Staci were with us the whole way.They were not only professional but caring and supportive as well. Our wedding day was perfect and Danelle went above and beyond to make sure it not only ran smoothly, but had all the special touches as well.The venue has absolutely everything you and your guests may need for a fabulous weekend wedding.
