What you'd expect form the Bounce brand, awesome trampoline fun for the whole family and if you think 1hr is short you're obviously relatively fit, for the average person you'll be pretty exhausted after a session here. Great workout!

My favourite gym! 20 minutes, once a week with visible results is perfect for some of us who battle to make time for conventional gym. The sessions are tough! But the trainers are always super friendly and make the sessions fun! It's a real pleasure to train here

I went to Bodytec for the first time last week. All the trainers were friendly and helpful, they made me feel very welcome.I don’t have the time to gym and I feel very tired after work to exercise. I feel that Bodytec is so convenient for me- 20 mins only and once a week.I have a knee injury that kills me when I do any exercise. When I went to Bodytec it honestly didn’t hurt my knee at all as I didn’t do any exercises that put pressure on it.I would highly recommend Bodytec:)
