JLG|GATE REPAIRS

Awesome service. I made a decision to repair my garage doors at 1100 hrs Sat. After making contact with Peter I had secured an appointment for 2 pm the same day. Peter then called to change time to 3pm. Arrived on time. Attended to the query and within 5 min was able to tell me what the problem was and it was not to replace my motor. By the following Monday 1600 hrs the job was done and done correctly. Invoice left at home for payment and a courtesy call from Peter himself the next day. Awesome service.

The best and most reliable service I've ever had! On the early hours of Sunday morning my gate motor stopped working, I called JLG out to assist, Peter arrived in an hour to repair my gate motor.Peter is so organized, he had all items to repair ready on the back of his bakkie. Within 30minutes all was repaired and he still took the time to check my second gate to make sure all was in order. Later in the week my second gate gave issues when I arrived home late from work. I called Peter and he was at my home within an 30minutes, he checked everything and even though the issue was due to loose wiring which he never worked with previously, he still took the time to test, check and fix for me.I can honestly say it puts me at great ease to know I have such a friendly and reliable service provider, should anything go wrong. Thanks again to Peter and JLG, you definitely deserve a 5 out of 5!!!

Swift and efficient service, was extremely knowledgable and helpful. Even offered to come back to reset one remote to garage and gate. Superb , I would highly recommend them.

I had great service from Peter and his team . They responded to my initial query extremely quick and advised me accordingly as to what work needed to be done to meet my requirements. Their work was also very efficient and are extremely happy with the final result.

Called early Monday morning for someone to come out to my property, promised someone would come in the afternoon. No one came. Called again to check, and rescheduled for Tuesday morning. Again, no one pitched up. Pathetic service received.

I emailed them for a gate motor quote after hours. I received a phone call within 20 minutes, then had a quote for installation 30 minutes later.After paying the deposit, they confirmed to do the installation the next day. They arrived as promised and were quick and efficient with my installation.I am a happy customer

Address not revealed. Access to the business denied, everything was done over the phone. Made me skeptical about continuing with the business as there was no physical office i was just parked on the side of the road and talking to someone on the phone. Unprofessional
