Badminton club

we booked the hall for my daughtets wedding. due to covid lockdown it was postponed. eventually the wedding could go forward but WOW what a shock when arriving at the hall to get the key. the huge wooden table we had been told we could use for the food and bread table was gone. (no one bothered to advise us). there were then not enough tressle tables to use for guests and we were then informed that there were round table tops for us to put ontop of single trestle table's and we had hired trestle table cloths. (again not informed of the round tables which I might add were in a disgusting state) we could not get into hall early as promised cause they now rented it out to karate. when getting hall the floor was filthy. On the friday when going into to start setting up for the wedding, the kitchen was in a state with 3 teenagers using it for breakfast, lunch. and a kissing room for 2 of them. Fridge that we were told we could use had old mouldy food on plates in it.To add to the cherry on top of it, when we booked the hall, we were told that we could clean on the sunday morning. We were advised when getting the keys that we needed to have hall cleaned and all our goods out by 7-30am as they used it for church at 8-30. This was not told to us when we booked and paid deposit. My daughter also never got a copy of terms and conditions with her contract although the paper work says attached".People please check on every little details when booking venues and make sure everything is noted on your contracts.I must mention that in all honesty I will not feel comfortable in recommending this venue to anyone.But end of day

Play badminton here and got married here. Great venue and great sport.

The hall is very small close to the bushes very deserted area. No backup like a generator if loadshedding occurs at night. We had to sit in the dark at a wedding reception with only a few candles burning. It has a play area for kids next to the hall a jungle gym. Suitable for a small function. It can't accommodate many people.

Attended ACE MODELS with my daughter and granddaughter.

Great place for venue hire. Schooling, Bible studies and Taichi lessons are held here during the weekday. There are shower facilities in the change room. This place has projector, tables, chairs, and sound system. There is ample of car parking spaces!

Very neat in side and out side. Lots of parking. Great place for any events

Extremely friendly hosts and a perfect location for any function.

Tai Chi classes here are very good. They had also redecorated the foyer and outdoor areas, thankfully as previously, it wasn’t looks so great.

Decent hall for functions, with kitchen and bathroom amenities. Makes a pretty wedding venue when done up. Lots and lots of parking. Only have seen it in the night but Wedding reception was lovely, and quite spacious.

We attended a show of Juanita du Plessis from 19:00-21:00 we enjoyed it very much
