Left my watch to be assessed by technician to see if it would be worth fixing. Didn't receive a call back, called myself numerous times, no response. Went there, found out watch wasn't looked at yet. Took it straight home to find out a scratch on the back. Disappointed......

Took my Citizen to get the bracelet repaired, had to come back 3 times in a week because it kept breaking in the same spot again.Also brought my waterproof G-Shock to get the battery replaced. Old mate didn’t bother re-waterproofing it and I fried it at the beach the next day. He then blamed me and refused to repair it.
