Amazing bookshop. I love books, and I usually prefer second-hand shops, but this store has so much character and such a great selection of books that we keep coming back. They're also open pretty late and are well-placed for a pre- or post-dinner perusal. The best part is the extremely well-read, friendly and knowledgeable lady who runs the place. Fantastic experience!

One of my favourite book stores in the world! They always have a variety of unique books that you won't find anywhere else. The staff will help order a book for you if they don't have it and are always friendly and accommodating. Dogs are also allowed in store which always a nice touch.

While I did not have the privilege to see this beautiful shop in person I cannot stress enough how brilliant the customer service I experienced was. I rate this establishment 10/10 in every aspect and would recommend it to anyone regardless of their location. I am from Pretoria and I see no reason to do my book'shopping anywhere else as Stellenbosch Books. Thank you for making such an impressive impression.

Beautiful and timeless designed store where you can forget about time and the daily grind. Great selection of books competitively priced. Very professional staff who entertained our children (2 & 5 years old). Will go back there over and over again. Over-all just a great experience!
