Thank you to Bmobile for going above and beyond replacing a battery! Brandon gave me advice on how to prolong the battery life of my phone, helpful tips and more. Most importantly to me, he gave me a very very detailed breakdown of my diagnosis on my phone so I could understand better and did it in a way that I was able to ask questions freely. I recommend Bmobile to anyone who needs something repaired quickly and would like to understand how to preserve your electronics. I hate electronic waste so Brandon's advice and expertise was extremely helpful.

My partner gave him R1900 for a cellphone, which he stole. He made a poor excuse of debit orders coming off his account. When we asked for the rest of the money back, he said no as he charged us R400 for a question. A thief . I do not recommend anybody use his service.

Great service. I got an immediate response to my request via WhatsApp (at 7am on a Sunday). Since my iPhone XR display was not available, I had to wait to Monday morning. The change itself took not more than 30 minutes. Many thanks. 100% recommendation

Bmobile has exceeded all my expectations. Brandon was able to obtain the correct parts for my semi-scarce phone within two days, and replaced them without any problems. He was very competent, friendly and professional throughout, and offered great advice. Thanks to the new battery, I can keep my phone another two or three years. Would highly recommend.

It's not often that you get prompt, efficient service with great after sales service. I am very impressed with the service I received from Brandon at BG Cellphone Repairs. His remote help was also extremely helpful and his patience with my lack of knowledge was very appreciated. I will definitely be using him for all my computer and cellphone needs. I cannot recommend his service enough. I am one very satisfied customer, thank you Brandon .

Took my phone to Bmobile based on a review score of 4.8/5.Brandon went out of his way to assist me after supplier supplied the wrong screen. He dealt with the suppliers and fitted the new screen while I waited.I can recommend him to anyone.
