The people here are unruly, 2 people jumped the Q and the cashiers are in their own world. The service here is never really that great and I definitely won't shopping here. I will pop for something quick like a cooldrink when in the area but that's it. This is based on my own opinion experience. The staff doesn't give great customer service.

What a terrible experience at Shoprite in Pelican Park! Disgusted!I bought a 2lt milk on Monday, 30/01/2023 only to find out that the milk expired on the 28/01/2023.I went back for my refund, but the service was so pathetic, Supervisors & Management kept walking pass me, running around with no communication.Eventually I went to the lady and told her to leave it.Never in life have I been this disgusted over a r30 of milk.Shame on you Shoprite.

I usually pop in at shoprite as it's close to where I live.. However some management needs to be trained again especially a training manager by the name of Rushin. Thankfully Kashiefa was extremely kind and helpful!I honestly feel staff in retail forget the basic principles of customer service, which is sad.
