CMH Kempster Ford Durban South

I am from White River and normally deal with Numbi Westvaal Ford which I have always experienced incredible service from. My experience taking in my ranger as it has a problem whilst I am down in Durban, was dissapointing to say the least!! From the time I dropped it off to the time I collected I was horrified with the way I was dealt with as a customer! I was put in touch with the manager when I collected the car and he understood and apologized for all and said he would have a chat to his service centre staff and make sure things get dome correctly going forward. So I really hope no one has to experience what I did.Will see when I go back this coming week what the service is like but have a good feeling all will be well now.Ford, why don't all service centre's follow the same procedure when booking your car in or are some just trying to cut corners?

I was ready to purchase a pre-owned Ford Ranger for R449995.00. After numerous email, Whatsapp and telephone communication whereby there was plenty of opportunity for them to raise additional charges, upon the final communication, the total amount was all of a sudden R502000.00 - this being more than 10% more than the advertised price.Be careful of this branch before you purchase your vehicle.

Management and staff, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work.

Branch were supposed to extend my father in laws service plan during covid. Didn’t bother. He was hit with a R5300 bill because of it and he is a pensioner. Left a message for the service manager who called me back and was going to get back to me but never did. Left two messages for the branch manager who never bothered calling back. Bought 2 new cars from ford CMH. Nice way to treat customers

This dealership is not serious about selling cars .dont waste ur time with this cmh ford or Umhlanga. Both seem to be doing the same kind of bad business with terrible service

CMH Ford in Durban truly went out of their way to make sure you buy what you want and not what they have, out of 5 dealership I approached this was the only one where your initial meeting is with the dealer principal who then hands you over to a very competent salesman. I am very pleased with my effortless experience I had with them. Definitely give Matthew and Steven a call with your next purchase. Lastly the finance lady is such an angel and makes the whole process so effortless.

Terrible service. Dealership isn't serious about selling cars . And same issue with cmh Umhlanga.. stay away . Save urself from the hassles they will put you through

This dealership is not serious about selling cars , we ordered a car months ago and they kept saying its coming , when i asked the dp mathew and sales manager etienne , was told I'll get my car by June . When I'm trying to contact them now In june , no one replies and no contact with me . Very unfair and unprofessional

Staff is friendly and professional ,made me feel like I've been coming there for years even thou it was my first time being there. Only led down was the long wait for the me home service and the back of car wasn't clean other then that I would highly recommend anyone to go there for all their ford needs.

Great customer service delivered by people-centred staff members.The courteous manner in which I was treated definitely defines this dealership.I'm glad that I took my vehicle to Kempster Ford Durban South and would've done it every time if I didn't stay in Kimberley.Keep up the good work, guys.
