The place is good and clean the staff is always smiling.But the only problem is the speed point it doesn't work on drive true in the morning sometimes.

This was a very unpleasant experience. Waited for my food for 25 minutes and had to eat on a dirty table. I will not mention the person I spoke to when I asked her if anyone can clean the eating area out side, where there is a KFC designated sitting area and the lady told me straight up that, that is not their problem. They don't have to clean there. I don't recommend that KFC at all. If you in Alex go to Alex Mall instead.

I ordered my meal and took the slip and went to buy what was needed at home. And as soon as I came back, I asked for my order and they told me that I shouldn't have left, they gave my order to someone and that they're out of meat. What kind of incoherence is that? Firstly they took an advantage that I'm a teenager, Secondly the manager was literally fighting with me, pushed me and wanted to attack me for wanting my order. Thirdly I don't know who thought of this first come first serve bs because we order for a reason. I will make sure that I take further steps about this, if they dont do anything about it.

So we went to kfc and ordered food then we left since they said we are going to have to wait for 10 minutes we came back 30 minutes later only to find out the doors were closed and they said there is no meat we asked them what should done cause we already ordered then they called the manager. The manager was so rude he didn't even want to hear what we have to say our selves he just said give this lady her slip and she must leave and come and collect her order tomorrow. He legit pushed us out.And it's not the first time experiencing bad service at Alex mall kfc the last time they said we should go back inside and get our rubbish. I am never going back there.

There's one ride employee separating customers. Telling the customers only one person can wait for the order because it's packed. I don't think that's good service. Separating me and my girlfriend. It wasn't our fault it's packed
