The people serving in the dispensary are amazingly helpful and so are most of the rest of the staff but they never answer the phone.I might get the phone picked up and put down again

Pathetic service. Closed the doors before 6nm, and refused to let us in for an emergency purchase. I will never go back.

I usually get my chronic meds from this specific Clicks as they used to be amazing until my Multiply card was declined...I took it up with Multiply and they could not fi d anything wrong and in the meanwhile I used my card at 2 other Clicks stores and another pharmacy. I even got a second card but that just doubled the issue as they both decline now. Please Clicks at Rembrandt Mall in Paarl, fix this issue!

Same old story as at all Clicks stores. Their prices are the best but the service is just a bit below par and they never have everything you need. Had to stand in line 20mins and then they don't have what I need.
