I've never experience something like this, no one to welcome me in just open door by a buzzer, and girl was on the phone for entire time, talking about food over the phone and than eventually another girl came for assistance and i told her my problem that i have i want a smaller size and she couldn't give me, its the same brand and owner of same designer, i have to go to Kensington where the owner is to exchange, which i think its ridiculous and i would never ever purchase anything from there, bad customer service, you need so much training how to acknowledge your customers and make them feel welcome not to mention going the extra mile, i will not recommend anyone to visit your place.

This store doesn't allow returns but at the same time they don't do exchanges on sale items? I just wanted a different size. How is it a problem to just do a straight swop. Given how pricey their clothing is, it's ridiculous that they don't change their policy.

I love this store. Always find what I want and more. Ladies are very helpful.Store nds more compact lights as it was very difficult to shop for scarves the day before Eid during Loadshedding.

Recently purchased a dress for my mother. I asked the shop assistant if the size is regular or larger than average size. They assured me that the dress was regular size. The dress was purchased in my mothers usual size but when she fitted it on, it was extremely big. They’re unwilling to change the dress for a different size despite having another size in stock. This is a blatant infringement on a consumer’s rights. One would like to continue to support small and local businesses but these archaic “rules” have no place in business.

I recently purchased a scarf and was told they do exchanges within 7 days. I came back before the 7 days to exchange the scarf for a different colour because I realized I had the same one at home. Store manager was unwillingly to exchange my scarf but willingly to exchange dresses. Make that make sense. Disappointed.
