My mum, from Durban bought an icing gun, as a gift for someone, but it came with 1 nozzle short, and the cylinder itself wasn't workin . She now visited me to go back to bakers bin and rectify the item, and they tell her there's nothing they can do.Pathetic service, please note that this was brand new and not used at all.

Unreliable trading hoursIf there was a notice statin will be back in 10 min - that would've been fine but the lights was off and the sign said closed. The trading hours on the door even was not even correct

A very easy spot for getting all your baking needs. The staff is very friendly. The shelves were a bit empty when we were shopping there. The shop is bigger than it looks.
