Hotpod Yoga - Johannesburg (Linden)
This was my first time doing yoga and it was a great experience. The instructors are very good and provide plenty of help to beginners.Note that the instructors all of their own preferred method and you will end up preferring some instructors over the others. Make sure you ger there early as once the session starts no late comers are allowed in. Be prepared to sweat by the bucket load so make sure to bring a towel and even a change of clothes. I'm addicted.

I joined last week as I was blown away by my first class with Dina. I love her classes. The hot pod yoga is an experience every yogi should try. It's been incredible so far.Unfortunately its just very far from my home and I wish one could open up closer!
