I have been using Frans and Wendy from FGM Automation for 5-6 years now. They are extremely professional, assist when called upon and provide fantastic after sales service.

The FGM team is fantastic! Prompt service, never a comeback, they personify good customer service.Wendy keeps one updated and Frans is the super fixer. We've been dealing with them for 7-8 years and they are always my first call when I have any issues.

This is the first time ever that I am writing a review as I try to give everyone a chance and certainly have no intention of harming anyones business, I however am very upset with the attitude and poor service that I have received from Franz. After coming out to fix my tenants garage door, it broke 5 days later again. He did not answer any of my initial messages, then promised to go out after my third attempt to which nothing happened. I reached out again and he told me that I must pay for a call out to which I explained the story over again. I was then told that I was welcome to use someone else. Once again I said that that was unacceptable as I had already paid them and the door was still broken. I was then informed that they are very busy and cannot help me. I now have to call out a new service provider after being messed around for a couple of weeks (with my tenants car being scratched by garden refuse removal in the meantime) AND pay again. I understand that it could be an unrelated problem, but they could have taken some initiative or responsibility and investigated it at the very least.

Absolutely GREAT, PROFESSIONAL service. I have been using FGM Automation for Close to 7 years now and they have done quality work for me.
