The lady at this store is very unhelpful and rude. I had A5 sized letters typed up to be printed 2 per A4 and she refused to assist because she can't change her settings for 1 client. She only prints on a4. When i mentioned that the service was poor because its a print shop, she waved her hands at me and told me to just go. I'm just 1 customer. My point was just that 2 X A5 fits on an A4 page. She just needed to select 2 pages per A4. Terrible service and not helpful at all. I wouldn't recommend

The lady at the store was very unhelpful. I had requested a photograph to be printed. The photo on my phone was perfect but what she printed out looked horrible. She didn't even confirm with me if I was happy with what she about to print out. She was not willing to reprint the photo either. Very unhelpful

My wife and I dealt with a rude individual identifying himself as Suren who could not process a courier transaction because his wife was not there. He wouldnt even take the parcel and get his wife to process it later send the tracker number on. Instead he was screaming at me that there was too many customers in the store to do it. Just a total lack of professionalism and coutersy. 3@1as a business is being dicreditted by this franchisee judging by the other reviews and my personal experience

Not even 1 star ...this is my honest reviewThe lady who serves at the counter was extremely rude to me just because it was loadshedding and 15 mins to close business ... this was whilst I was sending her my document...Thereafter refusing to print a simple job for my daughter ...I'm shocked and disappointed by their behavior towards meWill never go there again ... turns out I'm not the only one who had such an awful experience .... come on people learn some ethics and serve with a smile !Disgruntled customer

Always providing the best service. They out of their way to help you. There are some customer who are just rude to it is amazing to see how they have been handled with professionalism. In store service is always best.

The lady at the store comes across as being very arrogant and rude. She lacks any form of customer etiquette. I've been to this store twice and on both occasions she was not able to assist me nor did she make any effort to help. The manner in which she speaks to people is so abrupt and condescending. I personally will never waste my time to go to this store again.

It's just to expensive R20 for a a4 page printed in colour. I needed 300 which would have cost R6000 I could have bought 6 printers

Amazing service. Very friendly and amazing customer service. I have been going to this store for a while and have had nothing but amazing service from this amazing Husband and Wife team. I would definitely recommend this store for all your photo, printing etc.
