Went there for my first time fishing and was shocked to see all the rubbish laying around. But to camp for the day or taking your kids to the park is still fun..

The area is not maintained now, it's just that it is a good place to chill. The municipality must keep it in the same state as as Secunda parks

Fantastic views over Johannesburg city bowl and east towards OR Tambo Airport. Although deserted and isolated a group visit is reccomend.

Absolutely beautiful views at sunset and daytime, as said by others though be smart and go in a group and stay aware.
